Parents and guardians can apply on the Department of Education’s website. New applicants will be required to create an Odyssey account before starting the application.  https://iowa-households.withodyssey.com/login/

 

Odyssey is the state-selected, third-party program administrator managing the ESA platform. The Students First Act was signed into law in January 2023 and makes state funding available to parents and guardians of eligible students who attend accredited private schools.

 

Returning applicants can log into their existing account and complete a new application for the next school year.

 

Applications will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on June 30.​
